Complaints Policy
Bags of Taste takes all complaints very seriously. We understand that it can feel difficult and awkward to complain, but we do want to hear your views and it will help us to improve.
If the complaint is related to a particular area, please speak to the relevant area head. It is often easiest to investigate complaints at the local level where all the people concerned are known.
However, should you feel that the situation is unresolved, or if you feel that for any reason you cannot speak to the area head directly, please feel free to contact Head Office. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 days, investigate and promise to get back to you within 30 days.
