We collect your name, email, postcode, phone number and dietary requirements when you register for our courses.

If you are a subscriber of our newsletter or a referrer and have requested we keep you informed of upcoming courses, we will keep your contact details in order to do so.  You can unsubscribe from these at any time via the link on the email.

We also may use your evaluations, feedback, suggestions and comments to monitor and/or improve our courses or website.

What is the information used for?

We are the sole owner of the information collected on this Website. The data we collect from you when you register for our courses is used for notification when new courses are offered and if you’ve successfully secured a spot in our course. We also need to collect your postcode as some of our funders require that the courses are restricted to local residents, plan deliveries, or to assess which course is most convenient for you.
