Monitoring what works, learning from what doesn’t
Our primary goal is to make the biggest impact to the people we support. We want to be certain that what we do is as effective and successful as possible, which is why we are committed to an evidence-based, data-driven approach. We have continually developed our evaluation methods since we launched, drawing on expertise from a range of experts including health statisticians and professionals from across the NHS.
We use a range of comprehensive monitoring and evaluating systems to focus and build on what works, continually improving upon it.
We recently interviewed 60 participants six months after our Bags of Taste Mentored Home Cooking course in May/June 2020 to see what impact the course had over the longer term. We will look to repeat this exercise again in the future.
